We successfully concluded a commercial dispute that had remained ongoing for ten years in favor of our client against the opposing party through a single mediation session. Within only one month from being appointed on the matter, we were able to persuade the opposing party to waive a substantial financial claim, resulting in an amicable settlement and successful mediation resolution conducted through our offices.
Our client engaged us after an initial judgment had been issued against them. We filed an objection to the judgment and attended the court hearing, during which the judge was persuaded by our oral pleadings and the arguments presented in the written legal memorandum of objection.
The dispute involved an investment المؤسسة and a real estate company in a real estate litigation matter.
We successfully resolved and concluded a commercial dispute in favor of our client during a single court hearing. The dispute arose between partners in an investment company operating within the Hajj and Umrah sector.
We successfully represented a leading commercial company in structuring and offering commercial franchise agreements and related investment arrangements, while also managing and resolving several complex disputes and obtaining a series of judicial rulings in favor of our clients.
We successfully secured the dismissal of charges and obtained the acquittal of our client in a criminal case involving a cheque issued without sufficient funds. We persuaded the court to issue a judgment declaring our client not guilty within only two hearings, and the judgment was subsequently upheld by the Court of Appeal.
This result was achieved despite our client acknowledging the authenticity of the signature and all details contained in the cheque. The case had been initiated by the Public Prosecutor before the Public Prosecution against our client.
We successfully secured the cancellation and release of a partner’s guarantee relating to his company and its assets in an amount exceeding SAR 30,000,000 (equivalent to more than USD 7.99 million), despite the matter involving exceptionally complex legal circumstances approaching near impossibility.
Upon an official request from the Ministry of Justice, we participated in providing legal advice and consultation in relation to the drafting of the Implementing Regulations of the Commercial Courts Law, as well as the Rules and Procedures Governing Conciliation Offices, issued pursuant to Minister of Justice Resolution No. 5595 dated 29 Dhul-Qa’dah 1440 AH.
